RETURN POLICY

If returning merchandise:

(1) We must be notified at the time you received the merchandise (within 2 days).

(2) When we are notified we will give you an authorization number. The item has to be returned within 10 days of the invoice date and in perfect condition. Write a note on the invoice with the reason for returning.

(3) Absolutely no refunds or returns after two weeks.

(4) There will be a 15% restocking fee for all items returned or exchanged. If after 2 weeks, the restocking fee is 20%.
    
(5) Hats (Sombrero Cordobes) make sure you take your head measurements before ordering, no returns or refunds on this item.

(6) No returns or refunds on Peinetas (Combs).

(7) Shoes can be exchange for another size at no extra charge, if returned there will be a 15% restocking fee.

(8) Videos and CD's can be exchanged if damaged upon receipt, or full refund.

(9) No returns or refunds on sale items

(10) Shipping costs are not refundable. If there is a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping.

(11) Absolutely no refunds on special orders.

(12) Mantillas and Veils.  When ordering check the measurements. No returns on this item.

(13) Picos S-202 Manton Silk, S-214 and S-400 Silk, check size when ordering. No returns on these items.

(14) There will be no returns without invoice (receipt)
