RETURN POLICY

If returning merchandise:

1. We must be notified at the time you received the merchandise (within 2 days).
2. When we are notified we will give you an authorization number.
3. The item has to be returned within 10 days of the invoice date and in perfect condition.
4. Please include a note on the invoice with the reason for returning. If  there is a return, we recommend that customer send item insured.
5. When there is an exchange ,it must be of equal amount or greater.
6. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all items returned or exchanged. After 2 weeks, the restocking fee is 20%.
7. No returns, refunds or exchanges on Peinetas (Combs). Check measurements before ordering.
8. Shoes can be exchanged for another size at no extra charge, if returned there will be a 15% restocking fee.
9.Videos and CD's can be exchanged if damaged upon receipt, or full refund.
10. No returns or refunds on sale items.
11. Shipping costs are not refundable. If there is a return/exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
12.Absolutely no refunds on special orders.
13. Mantillas and Veils. When ordering check the measurements. No returns on this item.
14. Picos S-202 Manton Silk, S-214 and S-400 Silk, check size when ordering. No returns on these items.
15. Skirt FS 9010.  No returns on this item.
16. There will be no returns without invoice (receipt)

18. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON WHOLESALE QUANTITY PICOS.
19. MINI FANS - check dimensions. NO RETURNS or REFUNDS ON THIS ITEM.
20. Absolutely NO RETURNS or REFUNDS to any Country OUTSIDE the USA.
